Fusion Guest Designer

Hello folks!

I  was chuffed to bits to be asked by Karren to be a guest designer for a couple of months over at Fusion card challenge. Some of the DT will be taking a break over their Summer and as it's cold and miserable here in the Southern Hemisphere, it's the perfect time for a couple of us Aussies to be taking over (or honorary Aussie in my case.)

This week's challenge has a beach theme picture for inspiration. You can either use the sketch to whet your inky appetite or just be inspired by the pic. You can even combine them both as I've done in the card below:

My background is a piece of Kaisercraft dp which happened to fit in perfectly with the background on the inspiration pic. I've coloured some Altenew Hennah Elements blooms with Copics and added a touch of turquoise twine.

You have two weeks to submit your project for the chance to become a Zen Master!

Thanks for popping by,

Claire x

  3. Gorgeous colouring on those lovely blooms, Claire ... they're fabulous against the dark wood plank DP! Congratulations on your DT stint with Fusion ... looking forward to more during our summer! Hugs, Anita :)

  4. Welcome to the team, honorary Aussie! Us Australians are strong in number in this team. ;-) Your card is gorgeous, Claire. I'm so glad you are joining us for a couple of months. Brisbane has been having the most beautiful weather lately - t-shirt weather - but today we join our Southern friends in the wet, cold, and miserable Winter (still not quite as cold as elsewhere).
